Radcliff Real Estate

Radcliff has always enjoyed a special connection to Fort Knox. The close ties are based on more than location. The people of Radcliff have a strong understanding of military life. That is one key reason why so many military retirees make Radcliff their home. While Radcliff continues to embrace the military’s impact on the city, today there is a new dynamic that bodes well for the future. Commercial growth south of the city, along the Joe Prather Highway, is adding a new dimension to Radcliff. Retail stores, restaurants, banks, and hotels are taking advantage of the growth potential that comes as more and more people use this important highway that helps connect I-65 to I-64 in southern Indiana.

In December of 2015, Radcliff became the home to one of the nation’s fast-growing online retailers when RuffleGirl located its warehouse and distribution center in the Millpond Industrial Park. Another addition in 2015 was Boundary Oak Distillery, one of the newest members of Kentucky’s bourbon industry. These are more examples of the expansion taking place in Radcliff’s economy. The result is new and different job possibilities for people who choose to make Radcliff their home.

Buyers are able to find a variety of homes for sale in Radcliff. There are older, traditional neighborhoods with tree-lined streets and sidewalks that lead to shopping areas. There are new subdivisions where homes are located on small, low-maintenance lots that work well for young professionals with busy lifestyles. And just outside of the city limits you can find executive homes on estate size lots in neighborhoods like Auburn Hills.
